The farmhouse is made up of separate apartments, a swimming pool, a common room in the old cantina where you can pass the time chatting with other guests, if you wish.

| At your arrive you will have to pay a deposit of € 150,00. A 30% deposit must be paid when making reservations; The apartments may be occupied after 3.00 pm on the day of arrival (Satuday)and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure (Saturday). Rates include the use of electricity, water, and gas for cooking. There is a charge for heating according to the amount of gas consumed. Also included are a weekly change of bed sheets, towels, and kitchen linen. Cleaning is also included in the price, and is done weekly. Daily cleaning is available upon request. Cribs for small children and/or a single bed are available. Agriturismo Podere Ranciano Alto is open year-round. | ||||
